Snapchat adds memories and exploration features to the Snap Map
Earlier this year, Snapchat announced a map layer, features for snap maps built around local content. The first two layers, memories and explore, are now available to everyone.
Memories will display the old fort that you caught in certain places, with the idea that it will help you revive your favorite moments. Users will only be able to see their own memory in this layer, which is built where I feature Snapchat added this summer. As for browsing, it is a hot heating version of being discussed. You will be able to check several places through photos and videos that have been shared by other users in the public. You can access the map layer through the menu on the top right snap map.
Snap also opens a layer to a third party. The Ticketmaster layer displays the closest concert (and provides a way to buy a ticket) will be coming soon, as from the madness that highlights the best restaurant on the map. More layers are in the pipe too.
